安徽小卡反映，洗澡使用多芬沐浴露后，用荧光灯照身体出现蓝光，使用其它品牌则没有出现蓝光。
对此，多芬客服坚称没有添加荧光剂，可能是荧光笔光线反馈信息所致，因为荧光笔照射许多物体，都会出现不同的光色和光源，并不能说明问题。
