这台手术做了两个多小时。主要的难点在于，囊肿周围广泛粘连，囊肿生长速度快，大约1/2的囊肿区域缺乏卵巢皮质，无法做到有效剥离，且容易漏下囊壁，从而增加复发风险。手术出血量也偏多！
