今年第21号台风“麦德姆”12时中心距离广东省徐闻县80公里，中心附近最大风力14级（42米/秒）。预计，中午前后在广东徐闻一带沿海登陆。文昌、海口、澄迈、定安和临高陆地阵风12～14级。
