今年的第一期、第二期储蓄国债今天开始在工行、农行、建行等六大银行，以及浙商银行、上海银行等部分银行发行。这次发行的是凭证式国债，只能在银行网点购买，国债分三年期和五年期两种，三年期年利率是1.63%，五年期年利率是1.70%。
