2026年4月25--30日，2026年河北省青少年摔跤锦标赛暨河北省第十七届运动会青少年比赛摔跤项目预赛（甲组）在沧州体育馆举行，比赛共有全省14个单位近900名运动员和裁判员参加，赛事设男子自由式、女子自由式，古典式三个跤种，分甲、乙、丙三个组别，是河北省最高水平青少年摔跤赛事之一，也是今年省运会的“入场券”比赛。
