按照《四川省残疾儿童康复救助定点服务机构管理实施办法（试行）》（川残办〔2023〕8号）、《成都市残疾儿童康复救助定点服务机构管理办法（试行）》（成残联〔2024〕78号）文件要求，经专家小组评估，市残联备案通过，确定以下机构为锦江区残疾儿童康复救助定点服务机构，根据服务协议，服务期限为：2026年5月18日－2027年5月17日。现将机构情况公示如下：
