1945年6月30日，以国民政府行政院长兼外交部部长宋子文为团长的中国代表团飞抵莫斯科，准备与苏联就签订《中苏友好同盟条约》进行谈判。当时在机场迎接的以苏联外交部长莫洛托夫为主。
