小容量DDR4/DDR3价格走高，NAND现货价持续下跌

根据TrendForce最新发布的存储现货价格趋势报告，本周DRAM现货价格在小容量DDR4和DDR3领域呈现上涨势头，而整体市场则继续横盘整理。NAND闪存方面，供应商正在调整报价以优化库存水平，但买家仍不愿接受当前价格，512Gb TLC Wafer现货价格持续下跌。

DRAM现货市场：

本周（6/24-6/30）DRAM现货市场涨价动能集中于小容量DDR4颗粒及DDR3颗粒，而整体市场则延续横向整理格局。其他颗粒虽有零星询价，然而由于报价维持高档且买方追价意愿有限，整体交易量仍相当紧缩。主流颗粒DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s在本周的价格涨幅为0.28%（US$35.90上涨至US$36.00）。

NAND现货市场：

现货部分表现依旧冷清，需求动能明显疲弱且持续探底。尽管供应端为调节库存已松动报价，但因买方成本承载力已触及极限，承接意愿明显低迷，备货动作显得被动；在市场缺乏实质性买盘支撑下，整体价格缺乏拉抬动能，走势依旧偏弱。本周（更新至6/29）512Gb TLC Wafer现货价格下跌1.03%，报价来到每颗US$19.86。
