My Glorious Progress with Your Guidance
When I joined a national English competition, I was overwhelmed by anxiety and self-doubt. My pronunciation was unpolished and my expressions lacked fluency.
My teacher sensed my hesitation. With gentle patience, she corrected my pronunciation and intonation meticulously, guiding me to refine my delivery. Inspired by Eileen Gu's words: "My confidence comes from hard work day after day," I kept practicing persistently. My English expression improved greatly, and I overcame my fears. Finally, I won the national first prize.
This honor belongs to my dear teacher. Thanks to her encouragement, my English journey is extraordinary, and I have become more confident and brave.
