2026年6月29日，国务院批复《残疾人保障和发展“十五五”规划》。7月1日，国务院残疾人工作委员会印发《残疾人保障和发展“十五五”规划》，明确了“十五五”时期我国残疾人保障和发展总体要求、主要指标、重点任务等内容。
