上海市气象台2026年07月10日10时00分发布上海市台风蓝色预警信号：受今年第9号台风“巴威”影响，预计11-13日本市大部地区将出现阵风8-9级，高层建筑和沿江沿海地区阵风9-11级，请注意防范台风对高空作业、交通出行、农业生产等的不利影响。
市防汛指挥部决定同步启动全市防汛防台Ⅳ级响应行动。
