据可靠消息，今年的国家自然科学基金面上项目的资助率仅仅只有8%。
剔除大佬，普通人的资助率不到1%！
2025年面上平均资助率为11.56%。
而且，感觉10个里面只有2个是有真本事的，其他8个全是靠social，亲眼见过组里文章不行，但国青、面上这些从来没缺过。
