强台风“白海豚”今天下午再度增强，中心附近最大风力已达15级，今明两天仍可能继续走强，不排除升至超强台风级。
预计“白海豚”将在9日夜里到10日凌晨，于浙江中部到南部沿海登陆。未来四天，上海将“风长雨强”。且台风深入内陆后，低空风切变大，登陆后不排除龙卷可能。
