《Nature Medicine》8月18日发表美国麻疹传播研究。
研究整合45个州和华盛顿特区2013—2025年逾5万所学校、1.3万个学区和3000个县的MMR接种数据发现，疫情后平均易感比例约由5%升至10%；学校层面的有效再生数早在2022—2023学年已越过疫情传播阈值，但县级汇总数据未能识别这一风险。
研究认为，美国麻疹防控需进一步下沉到学校和学区尺度识别免疫缺口。
