接施工单位通知，夏都大街（花园南街——南大街）封闭施工完毕。经现场勘查，具备公交车辆安全通行条件。为方便市民群众出行，西宁公交集团决定于8月30日（星期日）起，恢复17路、29路、33路、39路、40路、47路、59路、85路、86路公交线路在该路段的运行。
