8月31日晚间，江西铜业（SH 600362）发布公告称，江西铜业股份有限公司董事会近日收到公司副总经理、董事会秘书涂东阳先生递交的书面辞任函，因工作调动原因，涂东阳先生提请辞去公司副总经理、董事会秘书职务，并不再担任公司任何职务。
