9月4日早间，华住集团在港交所公告，建议根据经修订的1933年美国证券法S规例，于美国境外以离岸交易方式向非美国人士发售以人民币计值的债券，受市场条件及其他因素所规限。该等债券的本金额、利率、到期日及其他条款将于进行债券发售的定价时厘定。公司拟将债券发售所得款项净额用于一般公司用途。
