蓝鲸科技记者从长鑫科技获悉，字节与中兴联合研发的新一代豆包手机——努比亚NaviX Ultra，将搭载长鑫最高速率10667Mbps的LPDDR5X内存。官方表示，这也是国产10667Mbps高速LPDDR5X内存芯片首次实现量产落地应用。（蓝鲸新闻）
