9月4日，财闻援引英国《金融时报》报道，挪威央行投资管理部提出对政府债券投资组合进行重大调整，估算此举可能使其美国国债持仓缩减约800亿美元。报道援引挪威央行周二致该国财政部的一封信件。挪威央行投资管理部在信中建议，将基金债券基准指数里政府债券的权重由70%下调至50%。
