Toward Smarter LNG Loading

近日，富瑞特装控股子公司江苏长隆石化装备有限公司与北京燃气联合研发的天津南港LNG接收站智能装车橇，顺利完成首次21吨实车全流程试装作业。

Recently, CCLPEC (Jiangsu Changlong Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd.), a controlling subsidiary of FURUI GROUP（Zhangjiagang Furui Special Equipment Co.,Ltd. ）, successfully completed the first full-process trial operation with a 21-ton LNG tank truck for the intelligent loading skid jointly developed with Beijing Gas at the Tianjin Nangang LNG Receiving Terminal.

此次试装作业对智能装车橇的实际运行能力进行了现场验证。江苏长隆LNG智能装车橇搭建了涵盖智能泊车、对接锁紧、充装、自动脱离、智能离泊等环节的全链条无人化控制体系，并通过伺服运动控制系统与双臂同步对接算法，提升设备对接稳定性，为LNG充装作业智能化提供解决方案。

The test provided on-site validation of the intelligent loading skid under actual operating conditions. The intelligent LNG loading skid from CCLPEC features a fully unmanned control system covering intelligent parking, connecting and locking, LNG loading, automatic disconnection, and intelligent departure. Equipped with a servo motion control system and a dual-arm synchronized docking algorithm, the system improves the stability of equipment docking and provides an intelligent solution for LNG loading operations.

项目整套智能装车橇顺利通过实车工况检验，标志着江苏长隆与北京燃气联合研发取得阶段性成果，也为天津南港LNG接收站充装作业智能化建设提供了实践基础。

The complete intelligent loading skid successfully passed the actual vehicle operating-condition test, marking a milestone achievement in the joint R&D efforts between CCLPEC and Beijing Gas and providing practical experience for the intelligent development of LNG truck loading operations at the Tianjin Nangang LNG Terminal.

此次首次21吨实车全流程试装成功，是江苏长隆在LNG智能装车装备及智能化控制技术方面取得的又一进展，推动LNG槽车充装作业由传统人工操作向智能自控、无人化操作方向转型。

The successful completion of the first 21-ton full-process vehicle loading test represents another advancement for CCLPEC in intelligent LNG loading equipment and intelligent control technologies, supporting the transition of LNG truck loading operations from traditional manual operation toward intelligent and unmanned operation.
