9月4日，湖南裕能（301358）发布公告，持股5%以上股东上海津晟新材料科技有限公司在2026年7月24日至2026年9月3日期间通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式累计减持公司股份940万股。
权益变动后，津晟新材料持有公司股份4962万股，占公司总股本的5.8538%。此前，津晟新材料持有股份的比例为6.9621%。
2026年中期，湖南裕能实现收入348.77亿元，归母净利润29.10亿元。
