9月4日，江波龙（301308）发布公告，近日公司与相关方就侵害商业秘密纠纷达成和解，并向广东高院申请撤诉。
此次诉讼的原审原告及上诉人为公司，案件原由涉及卢浩、赵迎及晶存公司侵害公司测试技术商业秘密。经过友好协商，各方达成和解意向，并于2026年9月2日收到广东高院的《民事裁定书》，准许撤诉，撤销原审判决。
2026年中期，江波龙实现收入240.88亿元，归母净利润105.77亿元。
