江西省吉安市遂川县5日晚召开新闻发布会通报，目前，高坪镇明坑村石下组除11名失联群众外，其余39名群众已全部安全转移。截至5日晚上10点，累计有640余名救援人员抵达现场开展搜救工作。村内道路基本恢复，通信信号已经抢通，当地居民的用水、用电、饮食住房等都有保障。
