北京时间9月5日晚，中超联赛第26轮角逐，青岛西海岸客场2-2战平武汉三镇。赛后，青岛西海岸外援戴维森接受了武汉广电记者的采访。
戴维森表示：“我想说，祝武汉一切顺利。当年，我在这里过得非常开心，有着非常美好的回忆。所以，祝福武汉一切顺利。我希望武汉三镇可以留在中超，因为这座城市，他们值得留在中超。武汉很好，球迷也很棒，希望武汉三镇保级成功。”
