据朝中社7日报道，朝鲜国防相金成基当天发表谈话说，如果美国及其盟国企图同朝鲜进行新的军事对抗，朝鲜也将采取强有力的应对措施。
金成基指出，美日韩三角军事共助体系正逐渐变成攻击性实体。美国主导的战争预演不断上演，这让朝鲜半岛和周边地区的不稳定局势逼近极限。如有必要，朝鲜将以更坚强、更坚决的行动回应敌人的挑衅。
