近日，退役军人事务部、公安部、最高人民检察院联合印发《关于依法打击伪造优待证等违法行为的通知》，明确退役军人、其他优抚对象优待证属于国家机关证件以及依法查处相关违法行为的法律适用，部署各地有关部门依法打击伪造优待证等相关违法行为，保障优抚政策落地落实，切实维护优抚对象合法权益。
