工业和信息化部等九部门近日印发《智能网联新能源汽车产业发展“十五五”规划》提出，要“落实好新能源汽车税收优惠政策”。上述规划同时提出，要深入推进汽车流通消费改革试点，加快破除汽车流通消费限制性措施，创新汽车购买使用管理模式。
目前，新能源车购置税已于今年1月1日开始减半征收；车船税也将于明年1月1日起调整。
