斯柯达集团已收购拉脱维亚企业SIA L-Ekspresis 36%股份，后者专注铁路车辆维保、维修、翻新与现代化改造。
斯柯达还持有看涨期权，可在2028年底前收购剩余64%股权。
斯柯达集团CEO兼执行主席Petr Novotný表示：“我们的目标不仅是交付新车辆，更要成为客户在全车辆生命周期中的长期合作伙伴。”
此次投资旨在以里加为基地，打造覆盖整个波罗的海地区的铁路维保与服务中心。
Škoda Group has acquired a 36% stake in the Latvian company SIA L-Ekspresis, which specialises in the maintenance, servicing, repair and modernisation of railway vehicles. In addition, Škoda Group has a call option to acquire the remaining 64% stake in L-Ekspresis by the end of 2028. The investment is in line with Škoda Group’s strategy to further develop its long-term service business and strengthen its local presence in the markets where it operates.
