德文-卡特是2024年NBA选秀的首轮13号秀，他上赛季代表萨克拉门托国王出战过38场比赛，在场均18.4分钟的出场时间里能贡献8.9分3.3篮板2.7助攻。今年休赛期，国王将德文-卡特交易送往老鹰。
