9月12日，京雄快线正式启动全线贯通试运行。京雄快线起自雄安城际站，跨越京冀两地三市，全长约86公里，是国内首条设计时速200公里、采用公交化运营模式的轨道快线，线路到达大兴机场后接入北京地铁大兴机场线，贯通运营至北京草桥站，待丽泽站开通后贯通运营至丽泽。未来乘客从雄安新区出发，乘坐京雄快线可直达北京草桥站，并进一步通达北京地铁全网。
