甲鱼被誉为“水中人参”，富含优质蛋白质、氨基酸及钙、磷、铁等矿物质。江苏省南京市高淳区桠溪街道桠溪村后栏港自然村村民吴桂林生态养殖甲鱼走上致富路。目前，他养殖的甲鱼已达10余亩，每亩甲鱼放养量300多只。图为吴桂林在养殖塘内捕获甲鱼。
