一、丝瓜蒸鲈鱼

准备食材:鲈鱼、丝瓜、姜丝、葱姜水、胡萝卜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、鲈鱼去骨切薄片，然后加入姜丝、葱姜水抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、丝瓜去皮切薄片，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的鲈鱼片铺在上面，再撒入胡萝卜丝。

3、最后把准备好的丝瓜蒸鲈鱼上蒸碗蒸煮八分钟，然后撒入一把葱花，再淋入热油爆香，接着撒入一把葱花点缀，即可开吃。

二、南瓜蒸排骨

准备食材:排骨、南瓜、姜丝、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块，然后加入姜丝、葱段、淀粉、生抽和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、南瓜去皮切小块，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的排骨铺在南瓜上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

准备食材:瘦肉、毛豆、姜片、葱花。

准备食材:山药、瘦肉、姜丝、葱花。

六、香菇蒸鸡腿肉

七、苹果蒸排骨

准备食材:苹果、排骨、姜丝、葱段、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、剁成小块的排骨放入大碗中，接着往里加入姜丝、葱段、淀粉、生抽和食用油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2、用食盐搓洗干净苹果切小块，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的排骨铺在苹果上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮四十五分钟后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

八、蒜香蒸排骨

准备食材:排骨、蒜末、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、排骨斩小段放入大碗中，接着加入蒜末、姜丝、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、把腌制好的排骨铺在蒸碗底，接着冷水上蒸锅蒸煮三十五分钟。

3、把排骨蒸熟以后，即可出锅开吃。
