近日，上海沪闵公路莘松路发生一起机动车与非机动车交通事故。民警到场处置，确认事故系非机动车驾驶人违反禁令标志指示，与正常行驶的机动车发生碰擦。民警当场认定非机动车驾驶人负事故全部责任，并依法对其进行普法教育。
