今天（18日）下午，位于晋蒙交界的黄河万家寨水利枢纽将开始大流量下泄排沙。此前，9月12日起，刘家峡、沙坡头等上游水库已相继启动联合排沙运用，为下游排沙塑造了有利的水沙条件。本次万家寨水库排沙调度计划将进行10天左右，预计总出库沙量可达到3440万吨。通过大流量下泄冲刷库区淤积泥沙，可有效帮助水库排沙减淤，持续恢复水库库容。
