公开资料显示，朱静蕾，女，汉族，1976年3月生，大学，经济学硕士，中共党员。2026年9月7日，上海发布市管干部任职前公示，时任上海市统计局副局长、一级巡视员朱静蕾，拟任市级机关正职。
