【隆基晶硅电池效率再破世界纪录】财联社9月24日电，隆基绿能在欧洲正式发布重磅技术成果：公司自主研发的高低温复合钝化背接触电池（HIBC），经德国哈梅林太阳能研究所（ISFH）权威检测认证，光电转换效率达到28.29%。这是隆基今年内第三次刷新晶硅电池效率世界纪录。
