据记者Yağız Sabuncuoğlu消息，国际足联因费内巴切存在“未偿还债务”，对其处以三个转会窗口的转会禁令。
费内巴切在不利裁决后未能于获准的45天付款期限内完成支付，因此禁令已经生效。俱乐部完成付款后，禁令将解除，且目前没有最后付款期限。
