人民财讯9月27日电，据黑龙江日报，日前，由国家口岸管理办公室、外交部、海关总署、国家移民管理局、军委联合参谋部等单位组成的验收组，对黑河（步行）口岸对外开放准备工作进行全面“体检”。经过严格评审，验收组正式同意黑河（步行）口岸对外开放通过国家验收。
