一、香菜炒牛肉

食材准备：牛肉、香菜、姜蒜末、泡椒、小米辣、黑胡椒粉。

做法流程：

1.牛肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入淀粉、葱姜料酒、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.准备好香菜、姜蒜末、小米辣和泡椒，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒，煸炒至牛肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜蒜末、小米辣和泡椒爆香，接着倒入香菜一起翻炒，然后加入食盐调味，继续翻炒至断生。

4.最后加入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒均匀，炒至入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

二、黄瓜丝炒肉

食材准备：瘦肉、黄瓜、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成小条放入大碗中，接着加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.用食盐搓洗干净黄瓜，然后擦丝备用，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入肉丝煸炒，煸炒至肉丝变色后，盛出备用。

3.另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入黄瓜丝煸炒，再加入适量的食盐调味，继续翻炒至黄瓜丝断生。

4.最后加入炒好的瘦肉丝一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

三、芦笋口蘑炒鸡蛋

食材准备：芦笋、口蘑、鸡蛋、蒜末、黑胡椒碎。

做法流程：

1.芦笋清洗干净，然后切成小段备用，再起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入芦笋焯水两分钟，接着捞出沥干水分备用。

2.取碗打入三个土鸡蛋搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入调好的鸡蛋液油煎，煎至鸡蛋液成型后，盛出备用。

3.清洗干净口蘑，然后切成薄片备用，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入口蘑煸炒。

4.炒软口蘑后，再加入芦笋一起翻炒，接着加入适量的食盐和生抽调味提鲜，然后加入鸡蛋一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

四、娃娃菜炒牛肉丸

食材准备：牛肉丸、娃娃菜、蒜末、小米辣、线椒。

做法流程：

1.牛肉丸切成薄片备用，接着清洗干净娃娃菜，然后把蒜末、小米辣和线椒备用。

2.热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入牛肉丸一起煸炒，再淋入少许的清水一起焖煮至牛肉丸断生。

3.接着倒入娃娃菜一起大火翻炒，然后加入适量的食盐调味，再继续大火翻炒均匀。

4.炒至娃娃菜断生入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

五、苦瓜毛豆排骨汤

食材准备：苦瓜、毛豆、猪骨头、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.猪骨头剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2.用食盐搓洗干净苦瓜，然后去除瓜瓢切小块，再倒入炖锅中，接着把毛豆清洗好，也一起倒入。

3.往炖锅中加入一块姜片，再倒入适量的清水，再中小火炖煮两个小时。

4.最后加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

六、娃娃菜炒牛肉

食材准备：牛肉、娃娃菜、蒜末、黑胡椒粉、姜、姜丝。

做法流程：

1.清洗干净的牛肉切成薄片，然后放入大碗中，接着加入姜丝、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净娃娃菜，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒，煸炒至牛肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.准备好蒜末，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，然后加入娃娃菜大火翻炒，再加入适量的食盐调味，继续翻炒至娃娃菜断生。

4.最后再倒入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒均匀，炒至入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

七、上海青炒鸡蛋

食材准备：鸡蛋、上海青、蒜末、小米辣。

做法流程：

1.把三到四个土鸡蛋打入大碗中，接着用筷子搅拌均匀，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入鸡蛋液滑熟，再盛出备用。

2.清洗干净上海青，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和小米辣爆香，接着倒入上海青大火翻炒。

3.然后加入适量的食盐调味，继续翻炒上海青断生，接着倒入煎好的鸡蛋一起翻炒均匀。

4.最后淋入少许的生抽提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

八、黄瓜炒肉末

食材准备：瘦肉、黄瓜、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后剁成肉末放入大碗中，接着加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.黄瓜去皮清洗好，然后切成薄片备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，再倒入肉末煸炒。

3.煸炒至肉末变色后，再倒入黄瓜片一起大火翻炒，然后加入适量的食盐调味，继续翻炒至黄瓜断生。

4.最后再淋入少许蚝油提鲜，接着继续翻炒几下入味，即可出锅开吃。
