今日（9月29日），国新办举行“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会。发布会上，农业农村部有关负责人介绍，常态化帮扶稳健开局，常态化精准帮扶监测体系、政策体系、工作机制基本构建，全国256.2万防止返贫致贫对象均已落实针对性帮扶措施，牢牢守住了不发生规模性返贫致贫底线。
