沈阳地铁迎来商业新地标。曾闲置数年的地铁附属空间建成东北首个地铁TOD商业项目——兴华汇，全长1.45公里、总建筑面积7.2万平方米，首期开业113家店铺，包括45家首店。乘客走出地铁闸机即可悠闲地“逛吃”。
