一、山药玉米猪肚汤

食材准备：山药、玉竹、猪肚、瘦肉、姜片、枸杞子。

做法流程：

1.猪肚加入食盐、淀粉搓洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒和姜片去腥，焯水过后，再捞出切成小条备用。

2.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成小块备用，接着起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入料酒和姜片去腥，再倒入瘦肉焯水，焯水过后，捞出沥干水分，放入砂锅中。

3.玉米清洗干净，然后切成小块放入炖锅中，再加入一块姜片，倒入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮一个小时。

4.然后把山药去皮清洗干净，再切成小块倒入炖锅中，接着倒入猪肚一起炖煮半个小时左右，最后加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、西兰花虾仁蒸蛋

食材准备：西兰花、大虾、胡椒粉。

做法流程：

1.大虾去除虾壳和虾线清洗干净，然后放入大碗中，接着加入适量的胡椒粉、料酒和食盐抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2.西兰花切成小朵的清洗干净，然后铺在蒸碗上，接着把腌制好的虾仁也一起铺入蒸碗中。

3.另取碗打入三个土鸡蛋，然后加入一样比例的温水搅拌均匀，再过筛淋入蒸碗中，再盖上一层保鲜膜，接着用牙签扎几个小孔。

4.起锅烧水，水烧开之后，把西兰花虾仁鸡蛋羹上蒸锅蒸煮，蒸煮二十分钟左右后，再加入适量香油和生抽提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

三、茼蒿炒肉丝

食材准备：瘦肉、蒜末、筒蒿、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成肉丝放入大碗中，接着加入适量的料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净茼蒿，然后准备好蒜末，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至瘦肉变色后，再倒入蒜末一起翻炒均匀。

3.炒出香味后，再加入筒蒿一起翻炒均匀，接着加入适量的食盐和白糖调味提鲜，然后继续大火翻炒。

4.炒至茼蒿断生入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

四、黄瓜木耳炒鸡蛋

食材准备：黄瓜、木耳、蒜末、鸡蛋。

做法流程：

1.把三个土鸡蛋打入大碗中，接着用筷子搅拌均匀，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入鸡蛋液滑熟，再盛出备用。

2.木耳提前泡软，接着清洗干净备用，再用食盐搓洗干净黄瓜，然后削成薄片准备好。

3.准备好蒜末，接着另热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入蒜末爆香，然后加入木耳和黄瓜一起大火翻炒，再加入适量的食盐调味，继续翻炒至黄瓜和木耳断生。

4.最后再加入鸡蛋一起翻炒均匀，接着淋入少许的生抽提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、娃娃菜炒牛肉

食材准备：牛肉、娃娃菜、蒜末、黑胡椒粉、姜丝。

做法流程：

1.牛肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入姜丝、淀粉、黑胡椒粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净娃娃菜，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒，煸炒至牛肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.切好蒜末，然后另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入娃娃菜大火翻炒，再加入适量的食盐调味，继续炒软娃娃菜。

4.最后再加入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

六、丝瓜炒鸡蛋

食材准备：丝瓜、鸡蛋、蒜末、黑胡椒粉。

做法流程：

1.取碗加入两到三个土鸡蛋搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入鸡蛋液油煎，煎熟鸡蛋后，盛出备用。

2.丝瓜去皮清洗干净，然后切成小块备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入提前准备好的蒜末爆香。

3.接着倒入丝瓜大火翻炒，然后加入适量的食盐调味，再继续翻炒至丝瓜断生。

4.最后加入煎好的鸡蛋一起翻炒，再加入适量的生抽和黑胡椒粉调味提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。
