建议多吃八道蒸菜，补钙补铁，为长高打基础

一、山药胡萝卜蒸排骨

食材准备：排骨、山药、胡萝卜、玉米、姜丝、葱段。

做法流程：

1.排骨剁成小块清洗干净，接着放入大碗中，然后加入姜丝、葱段、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.山药和胡萝卜去皮，然后分别切成小块，铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的排骨铺在山药胡萝卜上。

3.接着把切好的玉米，也铺在上面，然后冷水上蒸锅蒸煮。

4.蒸煮四十分钟左右后，即可出锅开吃。

二、番茄香菇蒸鸡翅

食材准备：番茄、鸡翅、香菇、姜丝、葱段、葱花。

做法流程：

1.鸡翅清洗干净，然后一分为二剪开，放入大碗中，接着加入姜葱、淀粉、生抽、食盐和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净番茄和香菇，然后把番茄切成小块，铺在蒸碗底，接着把香菇切成薄片，铺在番茄上。

3.然后再把腌制的鸡翅铺在最上面，接着冷水上蒸锅蒸煮三十左右。

4.最后再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

三、清蒸羊肚菌山药狮子头

食材准备：羊肚菌、山药、瘦肉、姜片、葱花。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后剁成肉末，放入大碗中，接着把山药去皮清洗干，再将一部分山药切末，也一起放入大碗中。

2.接着往大碗中加入适量的淀粉、生抽、花生油和葱花，再抓拌均匀上劲，然后揉成狮子头铺在蒸碗底。

3.羊肚菌清洗干净，然后提前浸泡半个小时，接着和泡出的菌菇水一起倒入蒸碗中，再加入剩余的山药和一块姜片。

4.最后再将准备好的山药羊肚菌狮子头上蒸锅蒸煮，蒸煮三十分钟，然后撒入一把葱花点缀，即可出锅开吃。

四、莲藕肉饼蒸鸡蛋

食材准备：莲藕、瘦肉、鸡蛋、姜片、红枣碎、葱花。

做法流程：

1.莲藕去皮清洗干净，然后剁成莲藕末，放入大碗中，接着把瘦肉清洗干净，也剁成肉末一起放入。

2.往大碗中加入适量的淀粉、酱油和花生油，再搅拌均匀，腌制十分钟，接着拍成莲藕肉饼铺在蒸碗上。

3.然后往打入一个土鸡蛋，再起锅烧水，水烧开之后，把准备好的莲藕肉饼蒸蛋上蒸锅蒸煮十五分钟。

4.然后撒入一把红枣碎，再继续蒸煮十五分钟，接着撒入一把葱花点缀，即可出锅开吃。

五、菌菇蒸鸡翅

食材准备：鸡翅、香菇、蟹味菇、姜丝、葱段、葱花。

做法流程：

1.鸡翅剁成小块清洗干净，然后放入大碗中，接着加入适量的淀粉、生抽、食盐、花生油和姜葱抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净香菇和蟹味菇，然后将香菇切成薄片，在一起铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的鸡翅铺在最上面。

3.接着起锅烧水，水烧开之后，把准备好菌菇蒸鸡翅上蒸锅蒸煮三十分钟。

4.再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

六、番茄香菇蒸牛肉

食材准备：牛肉、番茄、香菇、姜丝、葱花。

做法流程：

八、豆芽胡萝卜蒸牛肉

食材准备：牛肉、豆芽、胡萝卜、姜丝、葱花。

做法流程：

1.清洗干净牛肉，然后切成薄片，放入大碗中，接着加入适量的淀粉、酱油、花生油和姜丝抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2.胡萝卜去皮，然后和豆芽一起清洗干净，再将胡萝卜切成胡萝卜丝，接着一起铺在蒸碗底。
