一、西兰花炒虾仁

准备食材: 大虾、西兰花、蒜末、葱花、胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、大虾开后背去除虾线和虾壳，然后放入碗中，接着加入料酒和胡椒粉抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、西兰花切小朵清洗干净，然后起锅烧开水，接着倒入西兰花焯熟，再捞出沥干水分备用。

3、热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入虾仁翻炒至两面金黄，接到倒入葱蒜末一起炒香。

4、然后倒入西兰花一起翻炒，加入少许食盐、生抽和蚝油调味提鲜，继续翻炒入味后，即可出锅开吃。

二、鸡腿丁炒娃娃菜

准备食材: 鸡腿、娃娃菜、葱蒜末、黑胡椒粉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨切丁放入大碗中，接着加入姜丝、黑胡椒粉和料酒一起抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净娃娃菜切好，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入鸡腿丁一起翻炒均匀。

3、炒至鸡腿丁两面金黄后，再加入葱蒜末一起炒香，然后加入娃娃菜一起翻炒。

4、最后加入少许的食盐、生抽和蚝油调味提鲜，再继续翻炒至娃娃菜断生入味，即可出锅开吃。

三、娃娃菜炒牛肉

准备食材: 牛肉、娃娃菜、蒜末、姜丝、黑胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入姜丝、黑胡椒粉、生粉一起抓拌均匀，再加入食用油拌一下锁住水分备用。

2、清洗干净娃娃菜切好，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入牛肉快速翻炒至变色，再盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入娃娃菜翻炒，然后加入少许食盐调味，再继续翻炒均匀。

4、最后把牛肉倒入回锅，加入少许的生抽、蚝油和白糖调味提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

四、芦笋口蘑炒虾仁

准备食材: 基围虾、芦笋、口蘑、蒜末、黑胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、起锅烧水，然后倒入基围虾焯熟，再捞出去除外壳和虾线备用。

2、将芦笋切小段，然后另起锅烧水，再倒入芦笋焯熟，接着捞出沥干水分备用。

3、清洗干净口蘑切薄片，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，再倒入口蘑炒软，然后倒入芦笋和虾仁一起翻炒。

4、最后加入少许的食盐、生抽、蚝油和黑胡椒粉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、清蒸鲈鱼

准备食材: 鲈鱼、姜葱、葱丝。

做法步骤:

1、鲈鱼清洗干净斩块，然后加入少许的料酒去腥，接着腌制十分钟，再铺在蒸碗上。

做法步骤:

1、把五个大鸡蛋打入大碗中搅拌均匀，接着清洗干净番茄切好。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入鸡蛋液油煎至成型，接着推炒至鸡蛋熟透，再盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入番茄一起翻炒，然后加入食盐和白糖调味提鲜。

4、接着倒入鸡蛋一起翻炒，最后加入少许的生抽提鲜，然后继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。
