血糖高别心慌，推荐大家少吃油腻食物，多吃六道好汤

我分享一下这六道好汤的做法，喜欢的朋友，跟着我一起来学习吧。

一、瓜花酿汤

准备食材: 瓜花、瘦肉、豆腐、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉剁成肉末放入大碗中，接着把豆腐捏碎，也一起放入，然后往里加入葱花、食盐、生抽、胡椒粉和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、清洗瓜花去除花蒂，再将腌制好豆腐肉馅酿入瓜花中，然后起锅烧水。

3、水烧开之后，放入酿好的瓜花酿一起煮三分钟左右煮熟，再加入食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

二、冬瓜花甲汤

准备食材: 花甲、冬瓜、姜丝、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、花甲加入适量的食盐一起浸泡半个小时，吐出泥砂，再和姜丝、葱段和料酒去腥，焯至花甲开口后，再捞出沥干水分备用。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜葱爆香，接着倒入冬瓜大火翻炒均匀，炒出香味。

3、然后往里加入适量的清水大火煮开，接着转中小火炖煮三分钟，然后加入焯好的花甲煮熟。

4、最后加入食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

三、丝瓜牛肉汤

准备食材: 丝瓜、牛肉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉切薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、食盐和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、 丝瓜去皮切小块，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入丝瓜大火翻炒均匀。

3、炒出香味之后，再往里加入适量的清水大火煮开，接着放入腌制好的牛肉一起煮熟。

4、最后加入食盐和少量的鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

四、娃娃菜牛肉汤

准备食材: 娃娃菜、牛肉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉切成薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、食盐和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净娃娃菜，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入娃娃菜大火翻炒炒软。

3、接着往里加入适量的清水大火煮开，然后倒入腌制好的牛肉一起煮熟。

4、然后加入食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

五、白菜虾滑汤

准备食材: 大虾、白菜、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、大虾去除虾线和虾壳，然后剁成虾滑放入大碗中，接着往里加入料酒、胡椒粉和食盐抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净白菜切小段，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入白菜炒软。

3、接着往里加入清水大火煮开，然后把抓拌好的虾滑一起放入煮熟，再加入食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

六、苦瓜鲍鱼猪骨汤

准备食材: 猪骨、鲍鱼、苦瓜、黄豆、姜片、蜜枣。

做法步骤:

1、猪骨剁成小块下锅焯水，接着加入姜片和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出猪骨倒入炖锅中。

2、然后把提前泡发的黄豆和蜜枣、姜片一起倒入炖锅中，接着用食盐搓洗干净苦瓜，再切成小块一起放入。

3、往炖锅中加入适量的清水，然后中小火炖煮四十分钟，将鲍鱼刷洗干净，也一起放入。
