一、芥蓝炒牛肉

准备食材: 牛肉、芥蓝、姜丝、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉切成薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、生抽和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗芥蓝切好，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入牛肉煸炒滑熟，再盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入芥蓝大火翻炒，然后加入食盐调味，再继续翻炒至芥蓝断生。

4、最后加入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

二、芦笋白玉菇炒鸡蛋

准备食材: 芦笋、白玉菇、鸡蛋、蒜末、黑胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净芦笋和白玉菇切好，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入芦笋和白玉菇焯水两分钟，再捞出沥干水分备用。

2、取碗打入三个土鸡蛋搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入鸡蛋液油煎滑熟，再盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入炖锅蒜末爆香，接着倒入芦笋和白玉菇一起翻炒均匀。

4、然后加入食盐、黑胡椒粉和生抽调味提鲜，再倒入煎好的鸡蛋一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

三、蒜苔炒肉丝

准备食材: 蒜苔、瘦肉、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉切成肉丝，接着加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净蒜苔切小段，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入肉丝煸炒滑熟，然后盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入蒜苔大火翻炒，然后加入食盐调味，再继续翻炒至蒜苔断生。

4、最后加入炒好的肉丝一起大火翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

四、凉瓜炒牛肉

准备食材: 牛肉、凉瓜、姜丝、蒜末、熟芝麻。

做法步骤:

1、切成薄片的牛肉放入大碗中，接着加入姜丝、淀粉、生抽和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、凉瓜去除瓜瓢切薄片，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒滑熟，再盛出备用。

3、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，倒入凉瓜大火翻炒均匀，再加入食盐调味，然后继续翻炒至凉瓜断生。

4、最后倒入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒均匀入味，然后撒入熟芝麻点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

五、油菜炒肉碎

准备食材: 瘦肉、油菜、姜蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉剁成瘦肉末，然后把油菜清洗干净切小段备用，接着准备好姜蒜末。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜蒜末爆香，接着倒入瘦肉末大火翻炒，炒至瘦肉末变色后，再加入料酒、生抽和老抽调味提鲜。

3、接着倒入油菜大火翻炒均匀，然后加入食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，再继续大火翻炒均匀。

4、炒至油菜断生入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

六、娃娃菜金针菇焖鸡腿肉

准备食材: 娃娃菜、金针菇、鸡腿、姜丝、姜蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨切小块，然后加入姜丝、料酒、淀粉、食盐和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净娃娃菜和金针菇，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的鸡腿肉煸炒油煎。

3、煎至鸡腿肉两面金黄后，再加入姜蒜末炒香，接着倒入金针菇和娃娃菜一起翻炒。

4、最后淋入生抽和蚝油提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，炒至金针菇和娃娃菜断生入味以后，即可出锅开吃。
