最近这天气，是不是感觉像进了个大蒸笼？出个门浑身都黏糊糊的，脑袋也昏昏沉沉，胃口更是差得要命。我跟你们说，这可不是普通的“苦夏”，这是“暑湿”在作怪！一入伏，天地间就像个巨大的桑拿房，热浪裹着湿气往骨头缝里钻。老话说“千寒易除，一湿难去”，这湿气不除，吃啥都不香，人也懒得动弹。那么#入伏吃什么祛湿气# 呢？ 别急，作为一个常年混迹厨房、最爱捣鼓食疗的美食博主，今天我就掏心窝子跟大家分享几道压箱底的“祛湿美味”，咱们不仅要吃得健康，更要吃得过瘾，让嘴巴和身体都舒坦！

祛湿“扛把子”登场，这三样食材你得认准！

想要对付这磨人的湿气，咱得先认准几位“大将”。它们不是什么名贵药材，就是咱们身边最常见、最亲民的食材，只要搭配得当，效果绝对杠杠的。

第一位：薏米。这可是公认的“祛湿之王”。但这里我要敲个黑板！薏米分生熟，用错了可不行。生薏米偏寒凉，直接煮粥容易伤脾胃。咱最好把它放锅里，小火慢慢炒到表面微黄、散发出焦香味，这就是“炒薏米”。炒过之后寒性大减，健脾祛湿的力量更强，温和不伤身，这才是咱普通人日常吃的正确打开方式。

第二位：赤小豆。别跟咱们平时吃的红豆搞混了！红豆圆润，主打补血养颜；赤小豆细长、暗红色，它才是利水消肿、解毒排湿的“专业选手”。和炒薏米凑一对，那就是祛湿界的“黄金搭档”。

第三位：冬瓜。夏天餐桌上的“消暑神器”，含水量高达96%！它特别擅长清热利水，能把身体里多余的废水通过小便排出去。而且它热量极低，饱腹感强，怕胖的姐妹放心大胆吃。

厨房小白也能轻松拿捏的“祛湿硬菜”

知道了食材，怎么把它们变成餐桌上的美味才是王道。别担心，我教你的这几道菜，做法简单，味道一绝，全家老小都爱吃。

1. 冬瓜薏米老鸭汤——汤鲜味美，祛湿不寒凉

这道汤可是我的“夏日心头好”。鸭肉性凉，滋阴补虚，和祛湿的薏米、利水的冬瓜一起煲，清补兼备，既能把湿气赶跑，又不会因为过于寒凉而伤了脾胃阳气。

做法小贴士： 老鸭切块焯水，捞出来冲干净浮沫。锅里少放点油，把姜片和鸭肉煸炒出香味，这一步是汤鲜的关键。然后加足量的热水，放入炒好的薏米，大火烧开转小火慢炖1个小时。这时候再放入带皮的冬瓜块（冬瓜皮利水效果更好），继续炖20分钟，出锅前撒点盐和枸杞就行。那汤色，奶白奶白的，喝一口，鲜掉眉毛！

2. 陈皮绿豆莲子粥——清甜绵软，解暑又养心

天一热，心火就旺，晚上翻来覆去睡不着？这时候就得绿豆和莲子上场了。绿豆清热解毒，莲子养心安神，再搭配一点理气健脾的陈皮，一碗粥下去，暑气、湿气、心烦气躁全给你捋顺了。

做法小贴士： 绿豆和莲子提前泡两个小时，这样更容易煮烂。水烧开后下入绿豆、莲子和一小片陈皮（千万别放多，不然发苦），大火煮开转小火慢熬，熬到绿豆开花、莲子软糯，按照自己的口味加点冰糖或者蜂蜜。冷藏一下风味更佳，但脾胃不太好的朋友建议还是喝温的。

3. 姜枣茶——温阳散寒，给脾胃加把“火”

这时候你可能要问了：大热天的喝姜茶，不怕上火吗？其实恰恰相反！现代人夏天几乎离不开空调，还总爱喝冰饮、吃西瓜，脾胃里积了不少寒气。生姜能温中散寒，红枣补气血，一杯温热的姜枣茶下肚，既能驱散体内的寒湿，又能振奋脾胃的阳气，让你从内到外都暖洋洋的，比喝冰水解渴多了。

做法小贴士： 几片生姜（不要去皮）、几颗去核的红枣，加点红糖一起煮个十来分钟，早上喝上一杯，元气满满。
