新华社北京10月8日电（记者吴文诩）北京市第二中级人民法院8日依法公开宣判北京市园林绿化局原党组成员、副局长戴明超受贿一案，对被告人戴明超以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十一年六个月，并处罚金人民币一百六十万元。对戴明超犯罪所得及收益予以没收，上缴国库。（完）
