10月8日15时54分，海南万宁市气象台发布暴雨橙色预警信号：受对流云团影响，万宁市万城镇过去6小时降雨量已达82.7毫米，预计未来6小时，万宁各镇（区）、石梅至日月湾、大花角至老爷海、正门海至小海仍将有60至100毫米降水，建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作。
