10月12日，外交部发言人毛宁主持例行记者会，有记者就尼泊尔滑坡相关内容提问。
毛宁表示，目前我们还不掌握有中国公民在灾害中伤亡的情况，我们对尼泊尔方面表示慰问，也愿意根据尼方的需要提供力所能及的帮助。
